What's Included in This Plan Set
Floor Plan(s): Detailed plans, drawn to 1/4" or 1/8” scale for each level showing room dimensions, wall partitions, windows, etc.
Foundation Plan: Drawn to 1/4" or 1/8” scale, this page shows all necessary notations and dimensions including support columns, walls and excavated and unexcavated areas.
Exterior Elevations: A blueprint drawings of all four sides exterior elevations and describe the materials and showing measurements.
Cross Section: Two vertical cross sectional view of the house from roof to foundation showing details of framing, give an ideas of materials, construction, flooring and roofing.
Interior Elevations: Detailed drawings of kitchen cabinet elevations, Toilet elevations and other elements as required.
Roof Plan: Detailed Roof plan, drawn to 1/4" scale for each level showing roofing slopes, angles, materials and all dimensions.
Electrical Lighting: In this section, you will receive an overlay sheet of the suggested placement of all the necessary lighting fixtures that will be in your building and their wiring.
